Joseph has just turned seven! He loves to read, loves nature, especially birds, and of these he dearly loves swans and lorakeets. He has discovered monopoly, card games, crocheting, knitting, and now a new peg loom. He loves to draw animals from his how to draw books. He has a beautiful tender heart, hence he cries at sad songs, and laughs until he cries at funny jokes. He is the most kind, sincere, and genuine person I have ever known. He has grown extremely tall, and even his little boy face is changing to a big boy. He little boy conversations are now very thoughtful and complex. But he is still full of childhood imagination, the ability to dream, pretend, and especially wonder. He also enjoys t-ball, gymnastics, soccer, and we're starting back with piano lessons today. He just had a birthday party with a few friends, where they did face painting and played on a water slide. It was warm and beautiful and a wonderful day. There was coconut cake by request, and pizza for lunch! They ended the day with dancing to songs from High School Musical 2 (including the toddlers) it was really cute and fun.
