Father's Day

Today I am thankful for men, real men who value Fatherhood, who sacrifice for their children by being fully there. Men, who despite their imperfections, dig deep and from beyond to give all they have. They find a way to give even more than they were given. They are true heroes and they make a difference. Fathers help mold character and form lives. Good Fathers form adults who know they are loved and are capable. They form the next generation to know how to give, and how to stand strong, to be full. Sometimes with words, sometimes not. Without a Dad, there is something missing, which can't be replaced. He is special and like no other. Our Father in Heaven shows us this, and our Father on earth helps us grasp it fully. We love him, and we need him and we know the good that he is, us wives and certainly the children. Having a Dad is a gift, and a very good Dad is a blessing beyond words. Today is the day to give thanks to all the Dad's who love until it hurts, who give until they are depleted. Thanks to all the Dads for saying yes to the little ones given to you, and being there when they are big. 

Thanks today to our Dads (now Grandpas) who have loved us so well and still inspire us! 

 Thanks to our Dad (my dear husband) who gives so much, who strives to be there for each of us, and keeps giving even when he doesn't have anything left. The difference he makes is beyond measure. 

We love him, we appreciate him, and we are thankful for Him!
