Wacky day at VBS

Joseph had a super fun time attending VBS at the neighbor kids' Church. He especially had fun dressing up for wacky day and mis-matching his clothes. He had on a snappy casual shirt backwards, with a dress tie, swim trunks, soccer shin guards and socks, dress shoes, and his baseball belt. He wore his sister's pink stretch necklace and pink baseball cap to top it off, a true fashion disaster. I noticed he laughed himself all the way to the neighbor's house to catch a ride.

We are preparing for VBS at our Church next week, gathering jungle/circus decorations, figuring out activities, and preparing for the kids. I have noticed the Mom's with the least amount of free time (home educating Mom's with more than a couple kids and often babies or toddlers) are the one's always donating time to help. They care the most, that all the kids will have a great week and a wonderful memory to help form them. So they make the time, and make it happen. So we made time as well, and we're looking forward to a fun week.
