Double First Communion Day!
A cool spring day that rained outside, and inside graces rained down as well.
We arrived early on a Saturday morning for First Communion mass for this large class of students. We were excited for them all, but most especially our two dear kiddos.
Joseph served the mass beautifully, reverently and proudly watching his siblings participate fully in the mass and receive their Lord.
Our dear friends were even so kind as to come!

Johnny had to be coaxed to wear his suit for most of the day...he was happy to dress down after...
Annelise (as most of the girls) felt like a bride and was happy to swirl and wear her dress and veil and be beautiful all day.
The next day the kids were invited to wear their formal clothes and help process and crown our Lady at our church. So we had two fun days of celebration! Grandma and Grandpa were able to come too!
Great day and great memory to have my family celebrating His gifts, and being together to see the kids grow a step closer to Him. Celebrating our dear Mother was so special too. So glad to have my own mom to enjoy this day. It was a true celebration of the gift of our faith.
