Happy 4th Birthday Johnny!

Wow, it's hard to believe it, but Johnny turned four this week! He had a little dino-island cake and party with family, and another play-date with friends. He is still emerging as an amazingly funny person, enjoying making others laugh in any situation. He is also very sensitive and intuitive, reading people so very well. He is our sports guy, or athlete, who could go through life with a bat or ball in his hands all the time. He is enjoying his big boy car bed, his big boy underwear, and all his independence. Yet, he has become this year ever so much more the cozy snuggler, the one who wants to be held, reassured and even carried around like he is much younger (that is at home, Church and often the store or a crowded public place). When we approach a park or play zone he is off and running and eager to see everything and play, play, play. He knows how to show his stuff, he is a performer. We have areas we are working on, like whining, but he is becoming a very fine little fellow, and we are thankful, so thankful to have him as a son. He is like a race car, no slow speed, nothing dull, and always a thrill around the corner. Happy Birthday to our little speeedster.

Wow is right. Time flies. I still remember him as a tiny baby in your arms.
